Teacher bio:
Kristen Taylor, Ph.D., is a psychologist, parenting writer, and mother of two. Her column, "The Mother Tongue," appears in the Ventura County Star. She has also been published in the Los Angeles Times Magazine and the Christian Science Monitor. Her M.A. is in human and animal cognition, and she studied cognitive neuroscience for her Ph.D. She has lived with her family in Los Angeles for seven years.

Teacher bio:
Marianne Sadowski is an artist and art teacher who was born in Mexico City and moved to Los Angeles 10 years ago, where she now lives and works with her husband and two sons. She completed her Masters in Painting in Mexico City and has exhibited her art throughout Mexico and the US. She has been teaching art for over 15 years in schools, museums and cultural centers among others. Currently she works for the LA County Museum of Art (LACMA), City Arts Resources (CARS), the Hollywood Bowl and teaches at her own studio.

Anna K. Heilbron, MFA, is a licensed Kindermusik® instructor and an early childhood educator currently teaching two-year-olds at Stephen S. Wise Early Childhood Education Center. As director of Los Feliz Kinder Company she also produces quality musical plays for preschoolers and their families. |

Martha Moore has been teaching language for the past nine years and has instructed students at all levels, from introductory French to French Literature. She has a BA in French Language and an MA in French Literature from UCLA, where she has also completed all her doctoral coursework. (She just had a beautiful baby girl and plans to raise her child bilingual!) |
